These terms cover the ShelfSay waitlist only. ShelfSay is a product from Akavity, operated from the Vancouver, British Columbia area in Canada. Joining the waitlist is not a purchase and does not create a consumer product account.
What you are signing up for
- You leave an email so we can tell you when ShelfSay is ready
- There is no fee to join
- There is no pricing on this waitlist
- Joining does not guarantee an invite, a launch date, or access
Your email
Use an email you control. Do not submit someone else’s address without their okay. We use your email only for waitlist notices, as described in our Privacy notice.
No product yet
The waitlist site is not the ShelfSay household product. Features you read about on the landing page may change before launch. Nothing here is a warranty, service-level promise, or binding offer of access.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the waitlist form (spam, automated flooding, or false addresses). We may remove emails or close the waitlist at any time.
Governing law
These waitlist terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in British Columbia have exclusive venue for disputes about this waitlist, to the extent that is allowed.
